I’m proud to report that the bathroom remodel is complete! Whew! I thought today would be a quick work day, but our contractor ended up being here for about six hours. I’ll mark that up to his being conscientious and detail-oriented

Cue the chorus of Handel’s “Messiah!” Hallelujah! The long-awaited vanity arrived yesterday. This was scheduled to be delivered in four to six weeks, but that turned into eight weeks. I guess it was worth the long wait. We’re so happy

We celebrated Independence Day the way many Americans do: family, food and fun in the pool! The festivities were held at Chris’ parents’ house. The guests included my parents and sister as well as two sets of Chris’ aunts and uncles. Avery

The bathroom work crew wasn’t here for very long today, but they made some huge strides that continue to get the bathroom closer to completion. First the shower head, drain and curtain rod were installed. That means Avery can take a bath
