The first day of the epoxy installation was the noisiest and smelliest day of the process. But it all turned out better than we expected! The crew cleaned and grinded down the concrete foundation to create an even surface for the epoxy. Then they installed the first coat of the moisture barrier. That layer needs some time to dry and cure so the crew will return tomorrow for the next layers. Here is what the floor looks like today.
