Run like the wind!

One of the benefits of middle school is all of the opportunities to try new experiences. Avery is excited about trying new things in middle school. Her first new adventure was joining the cross country team.

Avery has been running in the neighborhood with Daddy for about a year. But running on smooth streets is a lot different than cross country! Avery quickly adjusted to the new environment and is improving her run time with each competition.

The hot and humid weather finally went away this week, and Avery had her best run ever! I brought the “real” camera to get some action shots.
