Six-year doctor’s appointment

Last night Damon and I had to miss Avery’s second cross country meet so he could have his annual well-child check up. Here are his current stats:

Weight – 42.2 pounds, an increase of 4.2 pounds since last year (25th percentile)
Height – 43.5 inches, an increase of 2.75 inches since last year (14th percentile)

He completed a simple eye test, just to make sure everything is okay. He doesn’t seem to have any vision troubles. Due to scheduling conflicts, we saw Nurse Courtney instead of Dr. Roscoe. She said Damon is a strong and healthy boy. She had no concerns. She reminded us to keep working on “what would you do” scenarios.

We’re so blessed to have a healthy little boy!
