Five-year doctor’s appointment

Earlier this week, Damon had his five-year doctor’s appointment. Here are his current stats:

Weight – 38 pounds, an increase of 2.7 pounds since last year (50th percentile)
Height – 40.75 inches, an increase of 2.25 inches since last year (10th to 25th percentile)

Dr. Roscoe had no concerns, and neither did we. He reminded us to keep working on “what would you do” scenarios and continue practicing our address and phone number with Damon. It’s also time that he start learning how to tie his shoes (although none of his shoes have laces!).

Damon bravely received his kindergarten immunizations. He tightly squeezed my hand with each poke and simply said, “Oh!” What a brave boy!
