Spring brought a new sport to the Clark household. Damon is playing baseball, and Daddy is serving as the head coach. Damon was so excited to try a new sport! He and Daddy had fun buying all of the necessary equipment and having some batting and catching practice in the backyard.
Daddy was disappointed to be named to the Yankees, but it turns out that was the first team he was on as a little leaguer!
After a few practices and one rained-out game, it was finally time to hit the diamond.
I can’t get over how adorable all of these 4- and 5-year-old boys look as they run around the field in their uniforms!
Everyone is having a good time! Damon has hit the pitched ball every time and has gotten his pristine white pants plenty dirty. And Daddy has managed to avoid a few errant hits and bats tossed his way! It’s going to be a great season!
