10-year doctor’s appointment

It’s been a busy few days, so I’m just getting around to sharing about Avery’s 10-year doctor’s appointment that took place last week. Once again, we had an uneventful appointment and we were reminded how blessed we are to have a happy and healthy girl. Here are her latest stats:

Weight – 54 pounds, an increase of nearly 5 pounds since last year (3rd to 5th percentile).
Height – 49.5 inches, an increase of 1.5 inches since last year (3rd to 5th percentile). Dr. Roscoe said that a growth spurt usually occurs between ages 10 and 12, so Avery is due to grow soon…hopefully!

As always, Dr. Roscoe emphasized that Avery is growing right along the curve where she should be!
