In typical fashion, this school year flew by. Suddenly, we have a second grader!
Avery really loved first grade and her teacher. She grew so much in her academic skills. She is quite the reader and speller, just like Mommy! Sometimes we think math won’t be her best subject, then she surprises us by learning some difficult concepts! She lost two teeth in first grade, and just this weekend she finally mastered tying her shoes. Our summer goal is to get the training wheels off of her bicycle!
