Happy Easter! We hope you had a good day celebrating our glorious Savior’s resurrection! After church, we enjoyed lunch with Grandma and Grandpa Hromada, Mommaw and Poppaw Clark, and Aunt Karen.
Once again, Grandma Hromada made Avery’s Easter dress. It’s a good thing she chose a pattern with an overcoat because Avery definitely needed it on our chilly Easter morning. And I couldn’t believe that I didn’t see any other girls with a hat at church.
After lunch, we hid lots of eggs for Avery to find. Poppaw came up with the best hiding place.
Then we had dessert. Avery preferred Karen’s pie over her own cake.
One of Avery’s favorite games is tea party/restaurant. They both kind of morph into each other. She loves to take food orders and deliver them to each person, then pick up the “dirty” dishes. Karen served as the chef and dish washer while Avery was the waitress.
About 10 minutes from home, Avery finally calmed down and fell asleep. This photo is proof that she had a fun holiday with everyone!
